	located in the heart of one of germany’s most important connectivity hubs, this innovative and efficient data center is situated within a modern new-build area. the building’s high architectural standards are met through the interplay of an industrial-style clinker brick façade with technical elements such as ventilation louvers and cladding. with an IT space of 5,100 m² and a capacity of 8.2 MW, it ranks among the largest data centers in the region. thanks to an optimized cooling concept utilizing free-air cooling, an impressive PUE value of below 1.26 is achieved. the building‘s sustainability is consistently implemented through innovative measures such as green façades and the use of renewable energy sources, including photovoltaics.
