developed for a private client, this medium-sized data center, located within a secure area, has an IT capacity of 3.30 MW. the combination of free indirect cooling and adiabatic cooling achieves a PUE value of < 1.28. the building’s elegant and minimalist façade seamlessly integrates into the existing structures of the site. the optimal ratio of 1,900 m² of it space to a gross floor area of 6,900 m² contributes to its high efficiency. the high-performance technical core of the facility is highlighted by discretely integrated façade openings necessary for air circulation.
