albstraße

after the company wohninvest acquired the building from the stuttgart straßenbahn ag, we were commissioned to renovate it. following an assessment of the defects and an investigation, we developed a color and renovation concept. this concept was implemented, and the building was energetically optimized, with the façades and parts of the flat roofs being renewed.
