	recent developments in data cabling have made portugal, and lisbon in particular, an attractive new network hub in europe. taking into account the local topography and legal requirements, the data center is being developed with an it space of 3,200 m2 and a total it capacity of 5 MW. with a high energy efficiency rating (PUE ? 1.28) and a very efficient cooling system that does not rely on water, this project ranks among the most efficient and sustainable data centers. not only does the resource-efficient cooling system contribute to the building‘s sustainability, but the use of renewable energy sources also plays a key role. the structured façade features a combination of metal panels, louver fields, and photovoltaic modules. waste heat utilization is another key sustainability aspect of this building.
