	located in the heart of one of germany’s largest network hubs, this innovative and efficient data center has an it capacity of 7.4 MW. the building’s appearance is shaped by the integration of technical components and the implementation of corporate identity. the structure fits seamlessly into its industrial surroundings by adapting to the topographical conditions of the site. through the coordination of cutting-edge technology (cooling concept utilizing free-air cooling) and optimized functional separation, an efficiency value of PUE ? 1.3 is achieved. temperature control is efficiently managed via wall-mounted heat exchangers across an it area of 4,700 m², contributing to the building’s high performance and long-lasting durability. the cooling system is based on the use of free air and free cooling in winter. sustainability aspects are consistently incorporated through innovative waste heat utilization and the use of renewable energy.
